General Services offered as part of property management owner contract


  1. Market Analysis & Rental Property evaluation
  2. Advanced social media and online marketing for fastest tenant placement turnaround.

  6. Lease signing, lease renewal and negotiations

  8. Systematic follow up process on delinquent Tenants
  9. Funds and Transactions are reconciled monthly by RECA licenced Broker as well as audited

  2. Coordinates all repairs and maintenances
  3. Provide quotes to the owners for major repairs cost more than a certain agreed cap
  4. Monthly financial statement and Owner Draw on the 7th business day of the following month. Report includes
    • Project operating statement (only applicable for project management)
    • Balance sheet
    • Accounts receivable report
    • Accounts payable report
    • General ledger



Multifamily Buildings, Commercial Buildings & Industrial Building Owners
